It is not so much that all beings as connected, but we are apparently unique facets of one consciousness. This gives the perception of interconnection.Our emotions give rise to changes in density and colour on the unified single consciousness field. These changes in density directly affect the rest of the field having untold and unpredictable affects on the emotions felt by others and consequently the reality experienced by them.
There is no part of this theory that permits cruelty or hatred, selfishness or greed, because these emotions affect not only your reality, but the serenity of the single consciousness.
